How we serve our customers
- Orders are taken over the phone and confirmed with an order number.
- Products are delivered within 1 to 4 working days across Pakistan.
- Unused and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days.
- Orders can be cancelled within eight hours of being placed.
- Damaged deliveries are replaced or refunded.
